He also leads the Technology Advisory Practice and serves on the Board of Advisors for The C Society, where he helps build the future of fractional executive leadership for the restaurant industry. He brings a unique perspective at the intersection of consulting, SaaS, and operations—grounded in hands-on leadership building, scaling, and turning around organizations.

Over the past nine years, Chris has focused heavily on the restaurant sector, helping concepts ranging from 5 to 3,500+ locations align strategy, technology, and operational excellence.
