Visitor Code of Conduct

Management reserves the right to refuse registration or request that an attendee leave the event if the attendee is deemed to have misrepresented their eligibility to attend, or if their conduct is otherwise disruptive to the event. MURTEC Executive Summit (MES) is a business to business forum; access is restricted to persons 18 years of age and older.

By registering and attending MES, you are acknowledging your understanding and acceptance that you may be included in photographs and/or video take during the event and that these photographs and video footage may be used by MES in future promotional materials.

MES allows Sponsors to do their own badge scanning at the event. MES is not responsible for Sponsor scanning. When a Sponsor scans your badge at a booth, you are consenting to allow that Sponsor to use your contact information to communicate with you about their services and special offers. Please note that if you choose to have your attendee badge scanned by a Sponsor at the conference, we will share your name and contact details with that Sponsor. Please be aware that sponsor scanning of attendee badges is optional and attendees may–without penalty–refuse to have their badges scanned.

No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the show or conference without prior written permission from show management. Those found recording or taking pictures without authorization will be asked to leave the venue. The show organizer also reserves the right to confiscate any film, audio tape, video tape or to delete media storage

If visitors interfere with business being conducted between sponsors and other visitors or offend any other sponsor or visitor they will be asked to leave the conference immediately

Non-sponsoring individuals are prohibited from handing out sales brochures, flyers, samples or other sales material at the conference. Visitors trying to distribute such material will be asked to leave the venue

Thank you for your cooperation,
Show Management
